By making a donation to the Jammu and Kashmir Handicapped Association (JKHCA) through our online platforms, you agree to the following:
- Tax Benefits: JKHA is registered under Section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act. Donors are eligible for tax rebates as per prevailing Indian laws. A formal donation receipt will be issued to the email address provided.
- Accuracy of Information: Donors must provide a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) and accurate contact details to receive the 80G tax-deduction certificate.

- Purpose of Funds: While we strive to honor specific donor intents (e.g., Zakat for mobility aids), JKHA reserves the right to redirect funds to the areas of greatest need within our mission of supporting the specially-abled.

Important Note for Donors
Under Indian law, we can only accept donations in Indian Rupees (INR) from Indian bank accounts or cards unless the organization holds a valid FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) registration. If you are an international donor, please contact us before proceeding.
